| Q. |
The insurance
policy only covers my business for employment tribunals if
I have followed your advice and obtained your consent before
dismissing anyone or making a fundamental change in terms
of employment.
Does this mean you will restrict my freedom to manage my business? |
|
|
| A. |
No. We understand
the need to run your business effectively. We always try to
be constructive and practical in the advice we give. If we
cannot approve a dismissal immediately, we will usually suggest
a course of action which should achieve the desired result
whilst minimising the chances of a successful tribunal application.
